Investment-db.com is owned by a Malaysian company; SG Platinum Sdn Bhd (628418-X). The site was established in July 2008.

The goal of Investment-db.com is firstly to educate younger prospective investors; secondly is to provide information and tools that will help these investors and finally, is to provide a venue for unit trust companies and fund houses to present their products and services to these new investors.

Our Mission is to create an online portal that will educate and provide information for potential younger investors. To achieve this we have created Investment-db.com.

Our Goal is to promote unit trust investment an investment of choice to Investors between age group of 23 and 45.

Our Commitment is to provide a free portal for potential investors not limited to Malaysians only.



About the Founder
Investment-db.com was founded by Muna Naim, a Malaysian having lived and worked in the US and Japan for 20 years before returning home in 2005.

Prior to establishing Investment-db.com, his recent attachment was with a Malaysia-Germany joint-ventured asset management company in business of fund management and unit trust products.

Muna has worked in two industries in Japan. His first exposure to Information Technology was establishing Internet Service Provider in Osaka, Japan in 1995. Later he developed various portals including online real estate for foreigner living in Japan. He later joined Japan Institute, Osaka as a researcher in Public Private Partnership.

He is also a member of Gerson Lehrman Group Policy & Economic Council in New York USA as country expert for Japan's Public Private Partnership and representative of 40 West LLC California USA, a consulting company.

During his leisure times, Muna was a volunteer language teacher to young Japanese kids in Japan. He speaks proficiently in English, Japanese and Bahasa Melayu.
